Those who follow me know that I am a great advocate of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping, as a wonderful tool for helping to relieve both stress and chronic pain.
It’s also one of several tools that I use in The Rose Remedy’s Partners in Pain Relief program.
